Testimonials
This session with Fikri Arya reminded me of the importance of returning to my roots, to my self and to my body. Beyond a sense of relief, I also experienced deep emotional release and restorative sleep.
This session gently helped me listen to my self again. I felt supported without judgement and given space to understand what was happening in my body and mind. After the session, there was a sense of lightness and calm.
Joining this group sound healing session felt like being given permission to truly rest. The sounds and silence created a sense of safety, and even though it was a shared space, the experience felt deeply personal. I left with easier breathing and a more relaxed body.
